• Open Ceramic Workshop

If you have always wanted to work with clay but don't have the facilities at home or would like to collaborate and exchange ideas with others, you are welcome to the OPEN CERAMICS WORKSHOP.
Here you can get involved in the respective proposed theme and expand your creative skills. I support you in the design, impart the necessary knowledge and provide you with the necessary materials and tools.
Or do you already have a concrete idea in mind that you would like to realize? After about two weeks you can pick up your objects fired by me. (or you can take them home immediately, if you like).
The workshop is open to anyone interested, regardless of skill level. Registration is  highly recommended as there is a maximum of 10 places.

(beginners always in the "even" weeks, advanced students in the "odd" weeks).

• Create relief images in a fun way

Do you feel like spending a creative afternoon or evening?

I invite you to a 3-hour workshop in which we playfully create three-dimensional images with clay and plaster.

It's always fascinating to see the finished result! The process is very simple, you don't need any previous experience and it is also suitable for children. It doesn't matter if you work geometrically, realistically or experimentally.... everyone takes home their own personal little work of art!

Price: 400 DKK per person, incl. material

 • Character heads (weekend course)

In this class we will sculpt a human head, working from photos.
You will learn the basics of anatomy, theories of design and the golden ratio
but also why the choice of tone is an important criterion for a good design.
On Friday we will do the preparations for our setup.
After modeling, on Sunday we will discuss some tips for surface design and finishing.
Approximately one week after the set-up, the larger heads can be prepared for firing. (Appointment for this will be made with the course participants, duration approx. 1 hour).
This is not necessary for small objects.

(Material and fire will be charged according to consumption)

Please bring photos of the head of the person you want to model to Friday. It is helpful to take as many different views as possible (frontal, side view, three-quarter profile, back view) as well as some details (e.g. eye, mouth, etc.).
It is best to print the photos on paper. (on the cell phone, Ipad or similar is not so suitable).
